Amazing! I came for a week, and stayed for over a month. Rally nice place, and wonderful staff! Sofia was so pleasant to deal with. I left feeling like family, and cant wait to go back. Casa Mora is my new home base in playa! ..id give 6 stars

Not a hotel anymore, this should be classified as a residence or apartment building. The management is absolutely terrible - they will tell you one thing to get you to sign a contract and then change the rules (example, water is included at contract signing, then it becomes a mandatory expense).

More than half the time the pool wasn't maintained and it's common to have door codes changed on you, electricity/water cut offs, low water pressure and internet issues. The administrator, Vanessa is irresponsible at best, so if you're signing a contract to become a new tenant, be absolutely sure of what you are signing. They will try to take as much from you as possible - also, please note that if you do live here, you are NOT required to pay in cash for rent by law.

Nice clean place, just recently opened.

We stayed on the top floor with our own rooftop top terrace accessed by a neat spiral stair from our kitchen. Really nice but could use some shade.

There is also a shared rooftop top patio with small soaking pool that we had mostly to ourselves.

There were a couple of maintenance issues that caused us some grief that were dealt with eventually.

I would definitely recommend the top floor rooms if your want any private outdoor space. Be advised there is no elevator, and no porter to carry your bags up the stairs. Don't over pack :)

It should also be noted that the barking from the local dogs and general ambient noise from the neighbourhood meant that we had to close our windows and use our AC at night to get some sleep. As this area is undergoing a transformation there is a lot of construction very close by.

Modern and comfortable suites. 100 m to 5th avenue the most important street in town. 20 minutes to the beach. Nice pool on the rooftop.

The apartments are nice and newly built but with narrow and steep stairs up to the 4th floor without a lift (a suitcase for luggage). We had no water for a few days and the owner claimed it was because we had left the taps open. Si trova su calle 48 con la 5 avenida, ma dalla 38 alla 48 diventa quasi disabitata quindi soprattutto la sera non è raccomandabile. Gli appartamenti sono carini e di nuova costruzione ma con scale strette e ripide fino al 4^ piano senza ascensore (per le valigie un dramma). Internet funziona bene solo fino al primo piano dove sono collocati tutti i routers quindi per poter chiamare e avere contatti bisogna stare nelle scale al piano terra perché in casa il segnale è scarso. Non abbiamo avuto acqua per qualche giorno e la proprietaria sosteneva fosse perché avevamo lasciato i rubinetti aperti. Guarda caso dopo le discussioni dovute a questi disservizi, a colei che si era fatta portavoce del gruppo sono spariti dei soldi sottratti da dentro il passaporto.
