The administration is very nice u0026 professional, maintenance is great at getting right back to me on anything I need, and the staff here are all very friendly and helpful. The pools are gorgeous and the rooms are nice. The surrounding area is quiet, right by the beach, and feels safe.

Great place to stay.
May look a little far at first, but with time you get used to walk the two streets from 5th Ave.
Clean, all the basic commodities and cheap.
Go to swim to all the four swimming pools they have, three on the top of the buildings and the main one with a very little and simple restaurant.

Got a double bed room on the first floor. Room is not at all like the picture. It's a budget class condo. Furniture is ugly though it has a kitchen. No daily drinking water was provided, no hairdryer ( not even available at the front desk). There were a few small cockroaches. We killed at least 5. Disgusting. The interior wall is poorly maintained. Weird stairs. Definitely disappointed. Price is moderate, we would understand if the pictures were honest. But everything doesn't look like the pictures. Reception and pool area are ugly. The only pro is location is good.

The room advertised was "ocean view" and what I really got was a first floor facing a moldy wall. Three pools, all pretty nice. All balconies face north or south and the beach is to the east so none are really"ocean view" as advertised. They have beach towel for borrow but never give you wash cloths so bring your own. The suites have access, a small blender, an electronic burner, microwave, fridge, cutlery and dishes. No laundry on site. It's cozy but far from a four star hotel.

Location is at a quieter end of 5th avenue, not too difficult to find. Rooms are good for the price, beds are comfortable. Front desk staff are pretty helpful, they let us borrow a phone to make a call for a tour when needed.

Hotel is disgusting. We had a room in 4th floor without elevator. Dishes and sofa were really dirty. Bathroom very dangerous.
We never used swiming pool - disgusting !!
This what they show in the pictures is lie !
I would never go to this hotel again.

Only plus is good location close tu restaurants and shops.

It is a good and económico Hotel, recomienden to young people and only to sleep, theres arent many thigs to do at the hotel. The higyene isnt the best, they just yo the bed and repleace ítems. They don't change sheets nor clea the bathroom
