It's my second time here.
The place has a lot of potential, the rooms are really clean and spacious, whole kitchenette in each one, pools, towels and really close to the cool areas, I will say it only needs littles details in service or decoration to make it even better.
Price-quality is really good.

It's a budget no frills place to stay. That being said the staff is very friendly. Thru didn't even seem to mind me practicing my broken Spanish with them. The roof top pools are nice touch and pretty private. It's within walking distance to the restaurants down town and the beaches. I'm an explorer and an adventurer so this was the perfect place to come home to and lay my head at the end of the day.

When we first pulled up to the hotel, we were confused and it didn't look like much on the outside. Upon entering, there was a small, but very friendly staff to greet us. Throughout our stay they remained very helpful and kind. The hotel, rooms and pool are not so much very fancy, but for what you pay, you get a PHENOMENAL deal. We had a kitchen with nice appliances (fridge, toaster, blender), a living room with a pull out bed and a bedroom with icy cold air conditioning. If you're looking for a great deal on a room with everything you could need included, this is the place for you. They could work on the cleanliness a bit! But it's more than bearable. We walked three minutes and were at the start of where fifth avenue gets exciting. We couldn't have asked for more as far as location and price. I would highly recommend staying here.

This place is a dump. I got one key and you need access to three doors (three different keys) to get into your room and the various pools. The pools vary from one clean (this one pool has about one hour of sunshine a day on it. The rest of the time the whole area is in the shade) pool to two half way clean pools to one disgustingly filthy pool.

They give you a list of about 10 different WiFi Networks....only ONE ever came up. The strength was tantamount to one bar on your telephone. You can essentially say there is NO WIFI !! I will say the staff is excellent. Very good and very helpful. Otherwise the place is gross. Don't stay here.....EVER!!

This hotel is scam. I book the room for 3 night on hotel.ca, but I cancel 4 weeks in advance for 100% refund. No money was ever refunded for the cancellation. They are not picking up the phone and respond to emails. I took me 5 month to fight, but still no response.

Nice place for the money (50€ a night), but currently it's simply on big construction zone. Super loud 7am till 8pm noise was beyond any acceptable level. Location not too far from center. Nice people.

All that glitters is not gold. When you walk on it looks modern and fine, but then you realise everything is badly put together. Staff are rude. Parking is difficult. Aircon didn't work. When you stay for just one night you have to sign a 2 page contract. Signs everywhere make you feel like an outsider. But worst of all interminable construction that goes from 7am to 7pm. I do not recommend this place!
