As Italian person, I would like to share with you my impressions about this hotel, considering that we are well demanding people.

The hotel is good, really nice position, rooms are minimal compared to what we usually see in other hotel, but of course it’s Mexico!

Food is really good, just few people speaks English here, all of them are polite.

Cleaning feedback is good!

If you are looking for a hotel room with an easy access to the city center, this hotel is fine, also because many excursion group usually come to the hotel to pick you up!

The food was really good. We were surprised with free breakfast during our stay, we tried a different option everyday and everything was delicious. The beds are super comfortable. The shower did not have a shelf to store toiletries so we had to keep them on the floor. There is not a microwave or room fridge. Housekeeping came daily and tidied up. On site Covid testing available. About 3 blocks from the beach and all the restaurants/shops. Would stay again.

Nice spot if you are looking for a more quiet area. You can easily walk to and down 5th from the hotel which is nice. My only complaint is our room didn't have a full length mirror, it looked like there was a spot for it but it was missing.
Hotel staff did a great job cleaning the room daily while we were out.

Expect a very budget stay. It's far from 5ave and the rooms aren't great. Our AC unit was leaking all the time we were there. Bathrooms dont have doors nor windows. It only worked for us bc we literally just used it to sleep. I did like that they offered very cheap and reliable laundry service which was a huge plus for our trip.

Hotel wifi did not reach my room (G17), very restrictive pool hours (couldn't use it any of the days) u0026 very poor/tremendously expensive breakfast options. Lack of fridge in the rooms did not quite help their case either u0026 when I asked reception for options, they told me theirs was for "medications only". P.s: needed to store 2 small sandwiches for my kid to eat the next day.

Not as good as it looks on the photos. Air conditioning not working good. We moved rooms 3 times until we got a find room. The breakfast is fine.

The hotel is located near 5th ave. But the room quality was very low. The reception staffs didn't care about customer satisfaction. We had a problem with toilet, which doesn't work well! We asked for change the room, and they said not possible (we checked via booking.com and it has room empty). So they suggest us if you are not happy you can cancle reservation!!!
Not reconmended! If you are at the place you can find better options rather than this hotel.
