Everything about this place is just wonderful! Large and beautiful apparent, the cleanest place I've been in my trips around the world. The front desk team is extremely nice and helpful, special thanks to Juan who made our stay perfect.

This was such a wonderful hotel. It’s a full apartment with a kitchen and full size fridge. It was perfect for our 1 week stay and very very spacious. It had great water pressure in the shower and shower travel size items. It was very clean and modern and felt like home. The front desk staff was amazing super friendly and definitely helpful. We rented a car so there was no parking included but plenty of street parking. 10 pesos is an hour so we normally paid for 3/4 hours a day of parking when we returned to the hotel. Parking is free after 10pm to 10am. It was located in the most perfect area. Quiet and one block from Quinta Avenida. Everything was a few blocks away. There was also a cute cafe called ambichi which has the best empanadas and Argentinian choripan. So we walked there almost every morning. Highly recommend this hotel and we will definitely be staying there again. Also the bed was a king size which we appreciated so much because most hotels do not offer that.

Excellent staff, excellent prices, clean rooms, attentive. Pool is a bit small and Av 10 is pretty noisy but overall a great place. they even cleaned our dishes! wow!

Newport House Playa is a great, quiet, clean place to stay when in Playa del Carmen. It offers exceptional value, has a simple check in/check out process and the front desk staff really go above and beyond to offer suggestions to help make your stay in P.D.C and surrounding area comfortable. Very walkable- 5th avenue (the nice, less touristy portion) is ony a couple of blocks away. If you want the beach, it is also walkable.

Great place!! The rooms are spacious with all the amenities. Juan is so friendly and helpful. I highly recommend a stay here. We will be back for sure.

Besides they say "immerse you in life BY THE OCEAN", the hotel is NOT on the beach. Also photos show differently than that. I tried to cancel my reservation but hotel refused to approve. No care about customer. Very terrible customer service.

Such a gem! Great location, friendly staff. We got the Premium apartment which was plenty of space and really cute - decorated really nice, great big and comfy beds, blackout blinds etc. Wifi is great and room also lends itself well for working. Roof was also really nice and comfortable only 2 cons are 1. Wifi on the roof isn't great - hard to work up there if you need to work otherwise not a big deal 2. we were facing 44th street and it's a little noisy - there are dogs barking all night long. I sleep with earplugs but it could still hear the dogs. Other than that I still highly recommend and would come back! Thank you for a great stay!
