Amazing place! Although we stayed here in 2016, I would definitely come back to this hotel if visiting Playa Del Carmen again! I was skeptical at first, as I thought there had to be a catch since the price for this hotel was so cheap, but I was wrong! Perfect location - literally a corner away from the strip of restaurants/bars/cafes, shops, churches, chemists and everything else you can find on the high street and pretty much on the doorstep of the most gorgeous beach! Despite this, the road that the hotel is on is nice and quiet. The room we stayed in was very spacious, clean and had a balcony too. Air conditioning and fan worked well to keep us cool. We had 24 hour access to the rooftop pool which has amazing views (as you can see from the pics) and was perfect for tanning on the patio chairs or cooling down in the pool during the afternoon heat. Reception staff were so friendly and always ready to help. During our stay a blonde, curly haired lady helped us (we don't know her name, but she created some of the art on the walls in the hotel). Continental breakfast is available downstairs for dirt cheap (fruit, croissants, cheese, juice). Bicycles are available to hire at the front of the hotel. Water parks and other main attractions are 15-30 minute drive away depending on where you go. Would highly recommend this place and would so love to visit again!

It is ok hotel. I am a travel agent and often try to check different hotels for my clients .Room booked under deluxe , however very outdated and A/C not working well. In the morning super noisy due to construction .Most disappointing is their breakfast , I was told by the front desk it was buffet however it is a very poor continental breakfast. I have stayed at many boutique hotels and this is soo far the worse and most disappointing meal i have ever experienced in Mexico . There was some old dry bread margarine ( not even a butter ), strawberry jam , some yogurt and old sandwiches (extremely dry). Coffee was ok, however juice was bad . I would never ever recomend this place.

The hotel was very clean and looked either new or remodeled. The staff here made the experience; friendly and well knowledgeable of the surrounding events, nightlife and restaurants. The hotel is a slightly farther from Quinta Ave and short walk to all the entertainment, but for the price it was worth staying here. Another thing I went in late November and my only complaint would be the noise from the construction near by. Overall great place to stay on a budget.

It is a very economical place, if you are just gonna arrive and sleep the pool closes at 10pm so you would have to stay a day to be able to enjoy the view of Cozumel. The workers are very helpful and nice. They give you the information necessary in case you wish to head to downtown. It is short distance to 5th Avenue. The only thing lacking it that they do not have any Iron or the board. It has to be asked to be brought up and sometime it takes a little longer than other times.

The staff is amazing! The rooftop pools are cute. The AC is only in the rooms, there is no parking, and no laundry service. These 3 things were advertised on Expedia but not at the actual hotel. The coolest thing is that the hotel is half a block from 5th Ave, where all the shops, restaurants, and nightlife are. You can also walk to the beach, and there is a restaurant on site. Try the paella.

Stayed for a week and they only cleaned the bathroom once. The only day they put any effort to clean the room was on the last day. Also there's NO PARKING. The breakfast consists of bread and different bread. The good thing is the location but that's about it.

Big and clean rooms, great staff, close to 5th avenue.
The pipe system for the pool installation is very loud and I could not sleep. This noise was present 24/7.
Breakfast is a bit on the poor side.
