We stayed here and we had the most welcoming experience. The reception stuff is very nice and the housekeeping was amazing. We enjoyed staying at Suites Corazon. It was nice to be next the 5th Avenue just 2 minute walking distance to main Streep. We would definitely recommend it.

Almost everywhere in Mexico you have some issues. Here are very minor, rooms are big and pleasant. Just don't get the one noisy room on 1st floor in front, the rest is ok

Great place to stay at while being in Playa Del Carmen. Amazing location, just near the 5th avenue, but not noisy. Everything is clean, and our maid was talented to make beautiful shapes with the towels in the room cleaning everyday. The staff was very nice as well and we would like to mention Paco as the sweetest and best person we've met in all Mexico. He was very helpful for us and so nice to talk with, we consider him as our friend!

A real hidden pearl in the centre of Playa Del Carmen. It's a small and very nice boutique hotel.
Great room, great breakfast, great amenities including a Jacuzzi on the roof top! Outstanding staff! I would want specifically mention Norma who was really kind and helpful. Most of our trip in Mexico was great, except one fraud attempt incident with a specific car rental agency (I've a dedicated review for that place). Norma helped us to handle the situation, even though it's not a part of her job. Worth to mention that other concierges in this hotel are also really pleasant. When we come back to Playa Del Carmen, we are definitely going to stay in this hotel again.

Best experience ever! Never felt so welcomed in a hotel before, the staff was amazing from the very first day, they showed us different places to go and what to do depending on our needs. The hotel room was a honey moon, everything was clean and the room was super big, everyday we would get new fresh towels and the bed was another level of comfortable, the common areas are nice we didn’t really use them because we spent everyday at the beach that is like less than 10 min walking distance. The location per se was incredible, perfectly located to be close of everything and at night we were able to sleep without any interruption because the noise from the 5th avenue didn’t really get to the hotel.
Thank you Suites Corazon, you made our trip amazing, super romantic and perfect! For sure I’m coming back ????

This hotel is worth every penny! I was surprised at how spacious the rooms are. It's near everything on fifth Ave and the rooftop pool and cabanas are great.

Superb accomodations. Large room. Very attentive housekeeping. Wheelchair accessible. Great front desk. Norma a sweetheart. Perfect location. And quiet at night.
