Great staff (super helpful and friendly), AC, Fridge and fan, and perfect location (close to the heart of Fifth Ave, and a few blocks from the beach. Quiet hotel, despite the amount of people around)! I would highly recommend this to anyone who wants a basic base from which to explore Playa Del Carmen!

The hotel staff and owners are so kind and open to talking to guests and helping with things. Hotel is in a greeeeaaaattttt location, was able to do so much in my trip. Wifi is included though it's sometimes spotty, and accommodations were sufficient

Our experience was no good,nothing to do with the pictures on the website
Out of the three days we stayed only 1 day we had TV service, they didn't clean the room even when we requested,no hot water all the time and service not very good...
Location is good...

The noisy sound from outside make me crazy. I can't sleep in the room.
The staff said the sound stops at 11pm but it was lie.
I could not recommend this hostel.

Cheap and confortable hotel, very caribean style, freshh and colorfull rooms, the staff and owner are very helpful, i recomend it.

This place is just terrible we had a flood bc of the hotel and when we wanted a refund they are not answering emails. This place needs to be closed

It was ok for the price. The staff entered my room at 4:15 am not sure why, but they did apologize.
