Nice experience. The sitting is around an open kitchen which is really beautiful. The dishes are a bit small and the price is high. We ordered for starters a Mellon salad which was wired, and grilled shrimp that was ok but really small and it came with grilled vegetables that was really salty. For mains we ordered fish that was so small, and counted with too much seeds, and brisket that was absolutely delicious! For desert we ordered planting that was also weird. We also ordered cocktails that were amazing.

Everything about this restaurant is 5 stars ⭐️
Service was incredible and they took the time to talk with my girlfriend and I about the food and themselves. They truly cared about us as customers. The drinks were honestly the best we had on our vacation. Attention to detail was incredible and they tasted even better than they looked. We sat at the bar so we could observe them preparing the food and let’s just say it was the best seat in the house! Each dish was described in detail and how it was prepared. The food was prepared using traditional methods and it was an absolutely amazing spin on local food ????. Our new favorite spot in Playa del Carmen. Thank you guys for a 5 Star Experience!

Amazing food! Yes it’s expensive compared to a cheap taco place. But this is phenomenal food at half the price of what you’d pay in NYC or similar cities. Cooked in front of you in an open kitchen. Over real wood fire. I’ve had their bone marrow, duck, cauliflower, terrine, and chocolate cake. Nothing was disappointing. Nothing

The most delicious restaurant in Playa with gourmet cuisine. When you see that they make corn tortillas on the spot and they have a smoker, you know the food will be good. I highly recommend trying their ceviche and brisket.
They do require reservations but you can reserve a few hours ahead of time. The cooks do take some time to bring out the food but it's worth the wait.
Also, for those who like bone marrow, this place has them.

Leave your resort for this place! There isn’t anything there that compares to the local experience. This place is honestly the best place I’ve ever eaten! My husband is a Michelin chef and I’m a food photographer….. and omg best service, the coolest experience with the open kitchen! and amazing food.
Best advice here, trust the server, they know what’s best on the menu and has great pairing recommendations. Sit down, tell them to bring what they recommend (we had 6 courses) and enjoy some of the best food you’ll ever eat

An exceptional place offering an outstanding dinner experience.

It is impressive what the guys were able to achieve with so little available space!

Super cute outdoor romantic rustic spot. Had the ceviche, octopus, and bottle of wine , followed by a lava cake ice cream for dessert. Felt very satisfied.

Ended up spending around 106 USD, worth it in my opinion!
Staff was super nice!
