It was a really good place, good locations, good bar, i let them 5 start about the people who is working there! Specially Ilan the guy who works during the night! So nice and talkative person! Me and me friends love hm and he treats us as a queens ???????????????? I’ll come back soon ????✌️

This hostel is kind of an odd place as it’s ran like a hotel.

What we liked about it:
- it’s very clean and modern
- it has a nice pool
- the staff is just amazing and they did an amazing job (that’s why we give it 4 stars instead of 3, they actually deserve 5 :))
- the price is absolutely ok for playa
- the breakfast is nice (but costs extra)

What we didn’t like about it:
- it’s ran like a hotel which means you can’t hang up your clothes anywhere, neither outside nor in your dorm (they will take them away and bring them to the reception)
- because they have a bar you can’t drink your own beer in the common area
- you have to make your bed yourself when you arrive, they just hand you the sheets
- the kitchen really is quite small and not well equipped at all

We think this is the best hostel in Playa anyways and if you are a diver, it’s probably a great spot (bc of the diving school).

Was okay. But really nothing special. Also staff is super strict can‘t even bring friends to the hostel. Really quiet despite being close to the party mile. Room was super small.

Went here to do my diving license. I had a very good experiences, you get good value for your money. Once you are finished with you dives you get a T-shirt as well as pictures and videos of your dives for free. There is even a German dive instructor so if you are German and interested in diving and not sure about your English or Spanish, this is the perfect place for you.

You have to do your bed yourself despite the exuberant pricing, you will have to pay 50 pesos to rent a towel. The air-conditioning in our room did not work. Not a lot of flexibility by the staff to accommodate the guests.

A disappointment! Our private room smelled like mould, it was very loud due to the music and bright as it only had partially curtains. Bathroom was okay, the showes though not the cleanest ones.

As a recommendation, I would put more chairs outside and more sun umbrellas.

Incredible bad service! They workers and manager doesn't care about the clients. I would never ever come back
