You can find better for the same price. Place is old and run down. AC worked great but you only get a sheet to cover yourself with. Bathroom smelled really bad. Key and attachment are to large to put in your pocket.

The staff was very nice, helpful, and friendly. The hotel is very old, not well maintained and by U.S. standards, a dump. I don't understand why many toilets in Latin Anerica don't have seats. Perhaps to encourage short visits when sitting is necessary. Obviously much harder on women than men. The price was good, $50 a night for three beds in one room. There were five in our party.

On the positive side, there is Wifi, secured parking at night, air conditioning, and the hotel is a 7 minute walk to the beach. If you're squeamish and need a room up to Motel 6 standards, Hotel Jaribes is probably not for you. When in Mexico and Latin America, enjoy the adventure.

Needs cleaning and regular maintenance????, only one light sheet given for the beds that were not cleaned properly every day????, old hard bed, service was good although the cleaning guy refused to give us an extra towel, centrally located

We got to the hotel and we ask if there is hot water in the shower. They say there is, so we stay. There was hot water for the first day and then suddenly there wasn't. When we came to the reception and ask why we don't have hot water, at the begining she claim she dont know why and after a second (litterly a second) another women came and ask the same and she just say "the gas is over" in spanish (which i understand)
We were mad because we paid for hot water and not for lies.
Another thing is that the toilet didn't flash well. You needed to flash like 5 times after using. When we ask to fix it she said of course. We came back and ask if it was fixed she said yes. but guess what.... it was still the same.
Avauntally we went to another hotel and stay there even though we paid for one more night there (which of course they didn't want to give us our money back).

Cheep Al ok but you get what you pay for. But i come back

Save for the lack of hot water, this hotel was quite nice and people very charming
