I would give 5 ⭐️ to the guy that was working the front counter, putting the drinks, the fries, adding the condiments in the bags and talking to costumers. However it is not ok to leave one
Person alone doing all that.
He sis a fantastic job.
Unfortunately, having one person doing everything it resulted
In slow service and cold fries. McDonald’s you have dedicated workers but nobody can replace the work of 3 workers.

Great location for wifi. 50 Mbps! Has seats with nearby outlets.

I bought something to eat there and they say my card was declined. I then paid with the other card and then immediately saw on my cell phone that the payment was successful with both cards. I went back with the receipt and proof and still didn't get my money back. there was only one free coffee which I didn't want at all. while I was drinking it, a woman approached me and they did exactly the same thing with her. really dubious for such a big company.

A mess, really a mess. Just dirty, while personnel is playing with the mobile. Order s.th. with crispy onions and you get something like medusa. Catastrophe.

The chocolate milkshake was not good, I asked the lady to put whipped cream on it and she didn't know what to do and she didn't solve it! Before that I wanted to use the bathroom and the lady who cleaned the bathrooms did not let me use it, the funny thing is that a couple of anglo girls also wanted to use the bathroom, at the end one was doing the line and the other went to the bathroom, when she came back they left the line and didn't buy anything!
Terrible service, shake was less than okey, customer service was very poor! This Mc'D is the one at Plaza Fundadores in Playa del Carmen! I'll never come back!

Horrible. I wouldn't give it 1* rating, the place was filthy, the service was next to zero, the toilets were a totally different matter, they didn't work, i now know why there is a capital D in this McDonald's it means Dump.

Not very clean and the restaurant is on the 2nd story with no elevator so if you are traveling, you will be lugging bags awkwardly up a long flight of stairs.
