NO WIFI IN ROOMS!! Great location next to the ferry and bus terminals. Very loud when the local performances are going on, which seems all day every day. nice ocean views from the room but the property itself is not on the beach, but very close to the public beach. I wouldn't stay there again.

We loved this hotel! Very clean, right on a nice beach and next to park with entertainment, restaurants, shopping mall, main walking street, bus station! Even an ocean view from the first floor. Just excellent value for the money!

Top location. Super close to Ado, ferry, park and the beach. Customer service is the best. Currently the park outside is still under construction so the street is not paved but it didn’t bother me at all. One night there was construction going on until at least 2am. The hotel moved me to a way nicer ocean view room the same night which is quiet and let me stay there for the rest of my trip. I was also offered the fast wifi in the lobby for work. Overall very pleasant experience for me. Once the renovation of the park is finished, this hotel will be the top choice in playa del Carmen.

Beautiful location, buuuut no amenities whatsoever. My back went out on arrival. I was bed bound with absolutely no help or caring at all. In 5 days the staff checked on me once!

They say that the best things always come in small portions and Casa Melissa is a small hotel but at the same time it has all that you need a clean place, good location, good staffing, great price and above all you have everything very close, the beach, the ferry, the park and the famous quinta avenida, without a doubt the best of the best and without a doubt I will return????????????????️

Excellent place to stay in playa del Carmen. This hotel is located right on the beach and next to restaurants and shops...great location.

We stayed here for a week last month. The location was fantastic. We had a room looking over the pool, facing the ocean. Nice size balcony. The hotel is staffed 24 hrs. Clean room and GREAT prices. We paid $91/nt for a spacious Junior Suite at the end of February. That included tax. Of course, the peso was 21.5 to the dollar then.....
