The hostel was okay. It is very far away from everything, about 3 kilometers from the beach and the restaurants. There was no breakfast and no fridge or kitchen to use, which made it difficult. The owner is very nice and helpful, which is why I give it 2 stars instead of 1.

First time I heard something like "you can't use the kitchen" as a covid measure. + there's breakfast included. Where do you want me to eat guys? ;) Anyway, you don't get to use half of the things you pay for here: no pool, no kitchen, no AC... The location is super far and the atmosphere is weird - you' probably be the only one. It is by far one of the weirdest places I stayed at. Avoid!

Don't book here!!!
The location is very bad and far away from everything.
We booked we got a room with ac, but we just got a broken fan.
The room were dirty and stunk a lot. So badly that we even had to wash all. Or clothes afterwards.
We also got some cockroaches in our room and when we asked how to get rid of them, they just told us they have to wait until we're gone, so they can spray the room with a toxic chemical....
The fridge didn't worked and when the gas of the stove went of and we kindly asked to refill it, we just got told that we're not allowed to use the kitchen.....
They refilled the gas in the end and also let us cook for this night, but they said we can't cook anymore because of the covid restrictions...
I can understand, when the government don't allow to many people in the kitchen, but as soon as you know, we're not allowed to cook, you have to tell us and that BEFORE we arrive!
It was a major point for us to book a hostel so we can cook for ourselves and don't have to go to restaurants everytime. If we would have known that earlier, we would have canceled the reservation....
Worst stay ever!!!!

Nice place for budget travellers. Rooms are clean and cozy and there are dormitory style units for even cheaper. This is the room I stayed in because of my dogs.

A really NICE hostel in a questionable neighborhood. I like it! I was told not to walk at night because of stray dogs roaming. I did end up walking around but there were some dogs I was wary of and I was careful to avoid them

VERY clean! Mostly young world travelers who're taking in Mexico for all it's wonders. GREAT communal living space, well structured and planned. Gated buzzed entry, careful of the late night loud noises and parties though. ;)

The place is nice and clean, the staff offers good attention, but the showers sometimes don't have hot water and if you are kinda sensible to noise then this is not your place.
