Great place to work out. I've made a lot of friends. Coaches are very professional and friendly. I highly recommend if you are looking to star working out, continue your training or just drop in.

Muchas Gracias Moises and Crossfit PDC for squeezing me in for my 16.1 Open workout!
I didn't have a lot of time so was able to go in first heat and the encouragement helped me get through the wretched chest to bars and walking lunges. :) Having a small crowd at the fabulous wide open doors was cool too. Thanks again.

Excellent trainers, friendly people and a fun time. A little Smaller than most CrossFit places but great helpers.

My wife and I went there while we were on vacation. The people were nice and the gym had all the equipment needed to complete any WOD.
