We have been taking our two dogs Sophie and Bella (2 1/2 years old, 10-12 lb Havapoos) to Animal House for two years now. They absolutely love going and have a wonderful time. We have used their boarding services, veterinarian services and salon services. We are more than satisfied with the quality of care our girls receive from the loving staff at Animal House. Everyone is very friendly and welcoming. Their facilities are clean and they take special care of every dog. They are very good about sending pictures and posting photos and videos on social media and providing feedback on how the visit went when we pick them up or if we message during their stay to check on them. They are very responsive. We recommend their services to all of our friends with dogs.

Animal House is the best! My dog loved it there! While visiting Playa del Carmen, I needed a place to leave my mini schnauzer for two nights. I’m so happy I found Animal House.
Their property is huge with lots of space for dogs to run around and they give all the dogs lots of attention. They even sent me photos of my dog over Instagram. My dog also got updated vaccinations and a bath there. If you’re looking for a place to care for your dog in PDC, Animal House is it.

I’m so happy I chose Animal House to watch my fur baby while I was out of the country for 10 days.

I have bad anxiety because I left one of my dogs in the care of someone and got a call that my dog passed away… so I was messaging Animal House a lot because I was scared and nervous. However, they never came across to me as if I were getting on their nerves or being annoying.

They have great customer service and took fantastic care of Lulu-Victoria! She almost didn’t want to come home. They let her swim and play her little heart out! I will definitely be taking her to enjoy doggy daycare and use their services again while I’m away and I won’t get on their nerves so much because I now 100% trust them!

Love this place! Don’t trust leaving my girl Kimba too many places but totally trust them here they have a vet as well as grooming, also boarding. Staff really cares about dogs you can tell.

Nice all in one place for our doggy. Very nice staff and vets and accommodations for day and overnight. However we expected more pictures and live to our little while we were gone.

Buddy and Pepper loved their stay at animal house. I like that they take things seriously and protect all the dog guests by and checking to make sure they were updated on their shots before accepting them. I also like that they separate the gigs based on size as well as watch to make sure the dogs all get along well. For me the peace of mind knowing that strict rules are followed and all the dogs are well taken care earns a high rating.

Brought my little Maltese here a couple times for doggy daycare. She always comes hope happy and tired! She is also always excited to be there! Love it! Thank you so much for an amazing experience not just with the doggy daycare but also the vet!
