Super fun for the traveler that’s looking to go out and meet people on the strip! They have an upstairs bar that feels so good when the wind is just right!

Staff were all really friendly and helpful, I asked to change rooms and it was not a problem. Personally this hostel was not for me as I did not want to party so that was abit annoying but my bad not the hostels. The roof area was lovely for morning yoga. Clean bathrooms

Amazing! Great vibes, great music, great people! The only thing that was a little bit of a pain in the butt was you have to buy tickets for drinks first and then go to the bar but it all worked out and was a good find on a random trip when some festivals were canceled! Yay speakeasy vibes!!!

The staff is kind, but the facilities are poor.
I made a reservation for two nights, but I stayed only one night because of "Bedbug"????. When I saw that, I told staff immediately. They changed room and I said I wanted to check out and they gave me a refund for one night. The bathroom is too old, the pipe seems to be rusty also shower head, faucet. The water smells. The location is perfect, but I don't want to recommend it.

I've been kept hostaged here after being blackmailed over 40 pesos!!!!

There is no English speaking staff or guests. At arrival the receptionist made me clear that my booking was not valid and I could not get a private room as booked. I asked him what I can have for the same booking and he offered me a dorm room. It is not busy so that was no problem for me. I wanted to pay but they did not have change, if I could pay with checkout. This all through Google translate.

My night was fine and it was time for checkout!! The drama starts. The clerk kindly requested an extra 80 pesos(4€). I politely declined as that is simply not the price I agreed on. If they would have told me up front I would understand but this is afterwards. He explained me that Hostelworld made a mistake and his boss wants me to pay more eventhough the price should be fine for a dormroom. (3b hostel around the corner is half the price!)

I still declined politely as it is not my mistake. Then his colleague tried. 30 minutes later we still didn't agree. Then the manager woke up and told me the same story over and over. I started feeling irritated and told her. She asks if I wanted to pay 60 pesos, no. 40 pesos? No. 20 pesos extra? No?! She then told me I should pay extra and then fix the problem with Hostelworld.....

The weirdest part is that she asked me to pay 40 pesos extra. If I did not, she will raise the price higher. I declined and yes she did, she raised the price. I got so irritated by their mistake/irresponsibillity/disrespect that I told the manager if she would ask me one more time again to pay more that I will take my money and leave and that she was welcome to call the police if she wanted. All the time my 200 pesos was on the desk, when she asked me for the 100th time if I wanted to pay extra I grabbed the 200 pesos and slowly got my bags telling her that she is welcome to call the police as I am walking out.

At that stage she started screeming for the staff and long term guest to block my path out. She succeeded as there were suddenly 9 people there to hold me, some trying to intimide me. By luck a Spanish speaking friend called me and translated between us. She still wants to see extra money and tells me that I need to call the cops if I want to go out. I just made an online booking and got the price in my email... why making so much hassle for 80 pesos..as they never heard of hospitallity?

I waited for about 30 minutes at the gate while some staff and guest starts talking to me in Spanish, which I don't understand. Eventually after 30 minutes they finally let me go after paying 13 pesos extra??!! And with some spanish cursewords on my way out. I got part of the situation on video and thinking of it placing it on my Youtube if you want to check it out.

Maybe besides this they will be the most beautyfull people but not for me. Basta.

Izsla was great! They had an amazing vibe. You have to climb a few stairs but it gives you a great view at the rooftop patio. All the staff was VV amazing. They have A/C rooms and a pool in the roof. 10/10 would visit again!

Great hostel with amazing staff speaking a mixture of languages. We spoke English from Australia but they still made us feel at home. Great pricing for rooms, food and drinks. Would recommend x
