A very well maintained apartment rental building. The small rooftop jacuzzi and terrace is a great spot to relax for an end of a day (note that you could go to their sister property La Pasion Boutique Hotel for their gorgeous and larger roof deck as well). The building is fully secure with a locked gate in the front, but the area is very safe. There's a cool artisan craft shop in front of the building. The apartments are a convenient walk to everything. There are some clubs nearby that can get a bit loud at night but nothing too extreme.

Lovely place. Great hostel to visit especially when you are travelling without renting a car. This hostel is 5 minutes walk to 5th avenueu0026Frida Kahlo Museum and the beach. It's also 10 minute walk from Flaya del Carmen main bus terminal, where you can ride the bus to the airport. If you are planning to go Cenote, the place where you can ride collectivo is nearby(10 minute walk!).

The reception was very kindu0026welcoming. Room was very clean, so was the bathroom. There's a small place where you can use the jacuzzi and sunbed.

Nice place, cozy and romantic. The 5am on a Tuesday party bus that they just let sit outside that vibrates the entire building and gives you heart arrhythmia is however ruining the whole experience.

Clean, spacious rooms. Quiet location. Apartment comes with one pot, one pan, and 2 dull knives. Great place for its price
