Friendly people, conveniently located, very close to everything. Breakfast included (coffee, OJ, eggs and toast), can add any side orders for extra cost. Pool can be better kept. Rooms are comfortable and perfect for my family of 4.

Amazing location but the hotel is filthy.
Such a shame I’m leaving 2 stars because the employees were nice and respectful but our room was hideous. The housekeeping lady didn’t do a good job in the rooms.

Don't stay here. All night loud music from the night club next door. We're checking into a new hotel and taking the hit without a refund.

this hotel is absolute garbage. its right next to an outdoor nightclub that BLASTS music every night. absolute hell. customer service is garbage. rooms are disgusting… dirty and everything. never stay here.

This might be one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed at, I could not recommend it less! We checked in to a room with faulty air conditioning unit and once it started working it made an awful noise throughout the night so we couldn’t sleep regardless. It seems as if the rooms weren’t cleaned at all and the bathrooms were absolutely disgusting. There’s is also no free parking contrary to what we were told.
Avoid at all costs I’m sure there’s better options

literally worst hotel ive ever been to. AC couldnt get the room colder than 26 degrees, and made a ridiculously loud crackling sound for the whole night. The room was extremely dirty and there was hair from other guests on the towels. When we told the reception the next morning, they admitted already knowing about all those issues and chose to dismiss us the night before. 0/10 avoid at all costs

I have honestly never stayed anywhere so dirty. This was supposed to be a three night stop over for us in Playa del Carmen, but we left early - as soon as we could arrange accomodation elsewhere. The room had not been cleaned, the fixtures were unsafe and the windowsill in the bathroom was covered in old tissues, dirt and hair from other guests. The 'inclusive breakfast' was a small plate of fruit for each of us with tightly rationed coffee and toast (1 very small slice of toast and 1 very small cup each). This hotel would be resonably priced if it were actually a 3 star - sadly however, you would actually have to pay ME, a substantially large sum of money, to ever stay here again.
