Rooms are big and clean. We have a flat screen tv and a/c in the room. Bathroom is big and with provided shower amenities. It is located near the main walking street close to bars and restaurants but still quite and cosy. Location is great and price is affordable. The room is cleaned every day and the housekeeping lady is changing the towels and arranging our stuff which is really nice. In the yard of the hotel there's an art gallery, restaurant and a few shops.

Excellent location near 5th avenue and the beach. Well sized and clean rooms. The staff are amazing and friendly. They went the extra mile to help me through an issue with my booking. Special thanks to Josie and Alex. I would not hesitate to book again. My main reco is to bring ear plugs as being close to the main pedestrian street means you can sometimes hear noise from the streets.

super hotel/hostel. we got an amazing big room with kitchen and bathroom. after we made a wrong reservation, they cancelled it without addtional charge and gave us a room that was available. the front desk help was absolutely amazing thanks to the crew. waiting to get back there. absolutely an amazing customer service example!!! thank you carlos and hektor!! rooms and the place is clean and inviting.

The rooms are not well isolated so you will ear music until 5am every nights. Rooms are also upstairs so you have to bring your luggage in a small stairs during the check-in and check-out (no lift for disabled people) But, the staff is really nice and helpful, they did their possible for us, thanks !

Never rate for a hotel but this time I’d like to.
Everything is amazing! Lovin’ the garden, location, entrance, friendly service and staff, well-designed room, equipment, basically everything! It provides everything I need.
It definitely worths the price. Even beyond my expectations.

Great Location, security, good customer service, Clean rooms, AC.
No warm water(it was a little cloudy and cool) and Wifi didn’t work. Great price, I would stay here again.

A great stay! Simple, clean, very accommodating with mini fridge, flat screen/satellite, nice toiletries and super nice staff. Outstanding location on 5th Ave. and a couple of blocks from the beach.
