Amazing tacos! We asked the taxi driver to take us to his favorite place and this is where he brought us! It’s in a gritty area and stands alone. Everyone speaks only Spanish but it is well worth the effort. The meat is wonderful!! And they cost about 1.50 each.

Awesome tacos. Try cecina and the obispo tacos for something new. About 30 pesos pero taco, i could barely finish three.

Very good food, truly local good place, in forgotten side street, all sign are in Spanish and no one speak English. But the food is worth the effort.

if you visit Playa del Carmen , don't forget to taste the best Cecina tacos in town, also ask for the "Quececina" (Cecina Quesadilla).... I highly recommend this place, I suggest you go to more local places and avoid turist traps located in the 5th Avenue.

Wide selection of tacos and chilaquiles. Be prepared to wait as the food is made to order and they’re almost always busy.

Pusimos un orden de tacos y un huarache, y después de 40 minutos, seguimos esperando. Se olvidaron ????????u200d♀️ // We put an order in for tacos and a huarache, and after 40 min, we’re still waiting. I guess we were forgotten.

Update: After 45 min and several people having left at the same time we arrived, our food was ready.
