Very good doctor and staff. Easy location. I think the early the better for parking. I went a little after 9 am without an appointment and they were able to see me.

I took my dog to this clinic. They misdiagnosed him. By the time I got back to the US it was too late. The American vet looked at his labs from this clinic and they said he was showing clear signs of trouble early on. I believe this case was mishandled and the vet did not have sufficient experience. This cannot be reversed now and I am left with heart break.

Fantastic clinic and doctors! I'm extremely happy that we chose it! Highly recommend! It's so much better than Canadian clinics and 10 times less expensive. They speak English (except for the guy at reception) and you can get an appointment the same day. Blood work results were ready in 15 minutes. Absolutely amazing!

Had an emergency with our dog. They had literally just opened with no customers inside. They turned us away and told us we needed an appointment. We never returned and called our vet from the US who gave us advice on what to do.

DO NOT GO! Groomer decided, against my instructions, to shave the entire coat of my Pomeranian/Husky which now put my dog at risk for a heatstroke, sunburn and overheating. Their response was that they can shave it shorter to make it look more presentable, because the shave they did was also poorly done. Very disappointed.

While traveling to Playa del Carmen, our Yorkie got an ear infection. We were desperate to find a veterinarian who spoke English. My husband randomly called this business and they got us in within hours. We found out they also do pet grooming, so we made appointments for both of our Yorkies. We dropped them off, showed pictures of what we like their hair to look like, explained the ear infection symptoms, and left until they called us 2 1/2 hours later. When we came to get them, their hair looked amazing! The doctor told us it wasn't an infection because the swab was negative, but there was inflammation. She prescribed us medicated drops. She was an amazing, caring, very qualified veterinarian. The total cost for all of the services for both dogs was $42.00 US!
