I have stayed at Condo. 46 in Playa del carmen, Mx. three times before. I tried to contact them on whatsapp? to no avail. I have yet to hear back from anyone about a future reservation. They do not answer my phone calls. So much for customer service ????.
The manager, Mr. Marcos, told me they were only handling long term rentals. Which I later found out was untrue. For whatever reason he does not like me. You should do your job and keep your personal issues to yourself.
The price I found to be fair. I was told it would be cleaned every other day. That turned out to be once a week at my request.
I do not like all the stairs. With a little work this could be a very nice property. Thank you in advance.

The apartment was close to everything that we needed. Grocery stores within 2 blocks. A short walk to the ocean. The staff were very friendly and helpful (bilingual). The roof top terrace was very nice.
The beds were very hard and there was construction a few doors down the street that was noisy especially in the morning.
We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 weeks stay and would recommend Condo 46!

Its a small cozy apartment, close to 5th av.
The street that
Is on doesn't have many tourist, but it is very convenient. Marco and Clara are awesome and vey helpful, it has a garage for your car (rented car), ac in the rooms, Kitchener with everything you need and a safety box.
We are very happy with the place

Marco is wonderful. His place was well maintained, comfortable and safe. The full kitchen, with stove, was a bonus I hadn't expected. Everything worked the way it was supposed to and I would stay here anytime I was in Playa.

For the price, I really enjoyed this place. It's clean and simply appointed. It feels foreign to my American sensibilities and I enjoyed that. Just 5 minutes walk to the North end of the 5th Ave action.

The place in clean and very comfortable.
Am much as it's in between the city it has good security and basement parking
I will definitely stay here again
