Very comfortable room with crisp linen and lovely marble bathroom. Complimentary breakfast with fresh fruit and cooked food. Great service throughout. Pool looked very inviting, though I never found time to try it out.

Excellent location. They held onto our bags while we waited for check in and held our bags after we checked out and waited our flight. The breakfast was varied enough but I mostly ate fruit parfaits. Chocolate, coffee, orange juice and apple juice are on offer. The pool has a really cool set up like a infinity pool w sections. My room 242 had a nice little view. My parents opted for a larger room and it had two balconies and a living room. The restaurant “tortuga” a few steps away was a delicious home tasting place I recommended. The rooms do not have a fridge but we used the sink as a ice chest and the ice despensero is by the elevator. They seem to have terraces but I never figured out how to get there lol . It took us about 15 minutes to reach el mercado 20 de noviembre.

Fantastic surprise!!
I really like this hotel with large rooms and amenities to match most 5 star hotels. Breakfast bar was a treat every morning with hot bar and cold.
Food was typical Mexican fare with wide selection.
Services were excellent.
Come here and enjoy that home feeling.
Quiet location away from downtown buzz.
Id come again

We've been using this hotel for more than 10 years now every time we go to Oaxaca to visit my mother-in-law. The location is fabulous because the building sits in a very quiet corner, but still, all the tourist attractions are within walking distance.
The rooms are clean, the fixtures are in great condition, the sheets and towels are always like brand new and the staff is really friendly.

Quiet location, spacious comfortable room/bed, breakfast, facilities throughout, super friendly staff. Recommended for Oaxaca, 10-15 minute walk to Centro.

This hotel is deceptively small on the outside but large on the inside. A nice large lobby, spacious bedroom, comfortable bed and furniture, and quiet even with the AC on. Within 5 minutes walking distance there are several food options ranging from fast food takeaway to casual and patio style dining. The central plaza is a nice bit of green space amidst the buildings ad several birds could be seen.
