We had brunch here this morning. The menu is excellent. It’s a little slice of France in the middle of Oaxaca! I had a waffle with cajeta and orange juice with mangos. It was fresh and delicious. The waiter did not speak more than a few words, which was not a problem. It just took some getting used to, and if you’re chatting away and not getting a response it might seem rude! I think it might have been in imitation of a French style (?) but he was consistently quiet with the other table so I don’t think it was a personal slight- just a special touch for this place.
