Clean, good service, comfly rooms with air conditioning, TV, u0026 clean bathrooms. Lacking: breakfast, not yummy, one large coffee pot for a bus load of people on a timeline ???? The coffee tasted bad, da juice worse. Maybe 2+ smaller coffee pots u0026 a better brand of juice. I was told there was no pool, was informed da last day of my stay they do hv one

The rooms are a good size and they are comfortable and clean. The common areas are also spacious and clean. The hotel offered buffet from breakfast Wich is simple but good and filling. The staff was nice, polite and attentive

Nice, clean rooms. Free breakfast in the morning and light snacks in the evening. Didn't mind the location, but it is about a 20 min walk from central Oaxaca city, If you want take a taxi it's super cheap.

Nice rooms and nice location. Friendly staff. Only problem we had is that previous guests left a sock in the bedroom so it's hard to believe that they cleaned the bedroom thoroughly.

Just what you expect from a business class hotel, clean, tidy and everything working fine. Tariff is fair for what you get, breakfast included is a plus. One of my favorite hotels in Oaxaca, fast access to downtown area and surrounding places by mean of shuttle service provided by the hotel.
