Very welcoming and professional, I had an amazing stay here, while the rooms need a bit of updating, it is perfect. My only gripe is the tiny tv in the Suite and how the rooms are weirdly separated. The view is amazing and the staff very helpful! Will be staying here again on my next visit to this beautiful, yet smoggy city!

Breakfast area was always out of food. No towels at pool. Otherwise it was a decent stay

Room very comfortable and clean. Doesn’t include hot breakfast like other hotels in that price range do. Very disappointing.

The management goes out of their way to please. This hotel got some poor reviews u0026 I feel they are unwarranted. I do wish they would step up the breakfast to what I'm used to in Mexico u0026 have scrambled eggs u0026 such. They've a built in restaraunt so I found it odd they didn't.
No exercise room either.
The restaurant has a nice selection u0026 never failed to please.
The internet connection is slow, but will do for e-mails.
Stayed for two weeks u0026 no real complaints.

It's a comfortable hotel nicely located close to shopping malls and restaurants in Garza García. I love the fact that it's fully smoke free. Your stay includes continental breakfast and they have a restaurant you can order from, the place does lack a bar though. All in all its a nice quiet place to stay without breaking the bank. Absolutely would recommend.

I made reservations via internet for certain dates. I went to review my reservation and the dates were wrong. I called the hotel and the attendant helped me fix the reservation. His explanation was that the system chooses the dates when there is no room availability on the dates chosen, which is very inconvenient and wrong. If I had not gone and checked my reservation, I would have lost it or the rate would not have been honored.
Gladly, the attendant fixed the reservation and honored the rate.
