Excellent attention from the staff since the arrival until check out, the kindness of houskeeping and breakfast restaurant staff was awesome, the facilities very modern and an excellent view from the top of my room.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel location is conveniently located near restaurants and shops. Room was comfortable. Bed could have been softer. Room was clean except for the carpet. When I walked barefoot in the room, my feet would get visibly dirty. Bathroom was clean though. Overall good stay except for the carpet in the room.

All the hotel staff are very friendly. I had outside noise issue with my room during the night due to some construction going on behind the hotel but they switched room for me next day. Thar was very nice of them. But the new room's AC was not working well so I had leave it on high during my stay. Since I didn't have a car, there are not many choices for food around but there are some places to eat behind the hotel.

They were working on one of the elevators and it was a little annoying to hear the noise until 6:00pm on the day I checked in. Also there was hair dryer missing in my room. Other than that my stay was fine and hotel staffs were very helpful during my stay.

Excellent location and rooms..
Crisp clean rooms and property..
Only unsatisfactory experience was the breakfast area.
It is now served by personnel as before it was more of a buffet and now takes longer and affects my time so the second day I decided not to have breakfast..

Very comfortable and nice designed hotel!There is only one problem I ask the management to pay attention…organization of breakfast!!! The guests have to wait in large queue to receive super economic size if portion! The breakfast staff is super unlikely! It does not correspond to the level such hotel!
