Car ran well but we paid for a premium car and got a basic car. It was smaller and uncomfortable. They also said the gas tank was full but when I filled it up myself the needle went well above the F mark. A common rental car agency scam, but unappreciated. Not terribly expensive but dishonest of them. I will use a different company next time I'm in Monterrey.

We reserved it on Expedia and paid for the insurance, when we went to pick up the car they told us that we had to cancel Expedia's insurance to buy theirs even though it was the same coverage and price, the inconvenience was to bad that we lost too much time arguing with them and I missed two appointments I had on that city, so we ended canceling the whole reservation, and went to a better place with no hidden information about the rental or obligation to buy their insurance at the little bottom with tiny letters, but it took us a pain in the neck since we had to get another ride service to find another place. We are very disappointed. Never again ????

Alquilamos un auto y lo pagamos por internet, al ir a buscar el vehiculo no nos dieron el mismo, nos dicen que para darnos el auto teniamos que hacer otra reserva en persona la cual era mucho mas cara.

No nos devolvieron el dinero ya nos decian que teniamos que llevar impreso el estado de cuenta, tambien se rehusaron a darnos un comprobante de que no nos daban el vehiculo, por tanto tengo que iniciar el reclamo en la tarjeta.

Si van a alquilar por internet para ya tener todo organizado y asegurado esta no es la rentadora indicada, van a perder el dia porque no van a respetar el precio de internet, como pueden ver aqui no es al unico que le sucedio esto, no se dejen llevar por las estrellas falsas que tienen.
Nos fuimos sin el auto y perdimos el fin de semana en Monterrey.
