If you want a great piece of steak, Chicago, New York, LA and Houston type of meat this is where it’s at. Plus, it’s the benchmark in customer service in Mexico City. The entire staff is on top of it. In fact, don’t be surprised if the attention is overwhelming. It’s just how it’s done here at the Palms Santa Fe.

Got NY strip with parmesan and truffle fries with mushrooms. The steak was cooked medium and I added the brandy peppercorn sauce. Everything was cooked to perfection. Personally the NY strip has more grisel/fat than I prefer, but it was cooked as requested.

Food and service was good. Although they made mistakes with what we ordered.
