I checked in online hours before arrival. They didn't have the room ready until 30 minutes after the standard check-in time. Reception staff doesn't speak English so check-in was a nightmare.
Toilet in my room leaked, I asked for it to be fixed a couple times but no one came to fix it.
Insulation is very poor. You can hear everything else going on in the hallway and in other rooms.
Bads are so so comfortable.
I couldn't get 2 hard boiled eggs for 4 days despite asking for it everyday to be prepared ahead of time. Restaurant staff is slow and incompetent.
Overall, staff barely speaks any English so trying to explain and get any of your needs met is impossible.
No robes or slippers, no coffee pods in the room despite having a coffee machine.
No toiletries so you have to ask for everything to be delivered and 90% of the time, they won't, despite confirming that they will.
Mostly incompetent service. I will not be staying in this hotel again.
