AC Hotel by Marriott Santa Fe

I checked in online hours before arrival. They didn't have the room ready until 30 minutes after the standard check-in time. Reception staff doesn't speak English so check-in was a nightmare.

Toilet in my room leaked, I asked for it to be fixed a couple times but no one came to fix it.

Insulation is very poor. You can hear everything else going on in the hallway and in other rooms.
Bads are so so comfortable.

I couldn't get 2 hard boiled eggs for 4 days despite asking for it everyday to be prepared ahead of time. Restaurant staff is slow and incompetent.

Overall, staff barely speaks any English so trying to explain and get any of your needs met is impossible.
No robes or slippers, no coffee pods in the room despite having a coffee machine.

No toiletries so you have to ask for everything to be delivered and 90% of the time, they won't, despite confirming that they will.

Mostly incompetent service. I will not be staying in this hotel again.

Wish hotel had better selection in room service and better quality...also our t v internet was working ideal nor the AC was either too cold or too warm.Service was great.very clean and modern

Have stayed there previously. Very friendly and efficient staff. Clean and comfortable rooms with comfortable bed, nice small indoor pool, very good location. Value for money excellent. Service very good and the waiters at breakfast very friendly and attentive with a great sense of humour. Would definitely recommend to stay at this hotel.

Excellent newer hotel. Has the feel of a 5 star ???? hotel. Room was well designed and a good size. The best part of our stay each day was breakfast. The breakfast was always very delicious each day. The personal service by the chef was exceptional.

The hotel is really nice, but I didn’t get any tea or coffee nor a bottle of water, I didn’t even have a glass or a cup in my room. The room service food is really bad. Not tasty at all. The pizza was cold and didn’t taste fresh. The rooms are clean. They have good views to the city and it’s right next to the mall (walking distance)

The pool has loose electrical wires. Booze cans are riddled in the pool. Upon entering the pool restroom the toilet seat was broken, along with each hotel room my group had used. At 6 in the morning room service decided to bang on my door 4 separate times resulting in everyone waking up. The water did not work. Not an understatement or overstatement, the water was not functional. The pool was not regularly cleaned as loose and used towels were carelessly left on the floor , the chairs and tables, over a course of three days the same towels set and lay. No toilet paper, and the toilet seats all did not function, they would fall off, snap upon touching them and would slip and cause you to fall. However the service upon calling was fast cEven with a language barrier.

Clean and well sanitized hotel. Relatively spacious room. The shower was great. Friendly staff. Fast check in and check out. Convenient self-parking. Complimentary breakfast and bottled water. Room had smart TV. Unfortunately due to the pandemic the indoor pool was closed. Good nightly rates. Overall a great budget lodging in Santa Fe Mexico for a quick business trip.
