InterContinental Presidente Santa Fe Mexico, an IHG Hotel

I only stayed at the Intercontinental for one night but it was superb thanks to the staff! They were very friendly and helpful, especially Juan Leonel who arranged a taxi to pick me up from the airport and greeted me in person when I arrived at the hotel after a long traffic jam. Even after I left the hotel to stay somewhere else, he helped me book an antigen test for travel to the US. Also, thanks to Meredith for helping me figure out how to get to my next destination, Puebla! The hotel itself is very modern and snazzy, and the suite with a washing machine and balcony feels more like a one-bedroom apartment in a service apartment.

A little bit far from the center but the hotel was very nice, the bedroom was clean and spacious and the view from the bedrooms was just awesome. The breakfast was fresh and delicious, I suggest you to go to the singing bar in the building and test the king fish restaurant also it is very nice. I recommend !

Pretty much a good service, nevertheless, we have problems with our room ac, and the restaurant has a lack of staff so not all of the food was available at the moment. The location and the views are great as well as the hotel amenities

Great views, spacious and clean rooms, maybe a bit outdated (no smart TVs and room service payments had to be cash or card in the lobby). Friendly and efficient staff. Food was ok, nothing exciting and could improve. Nightly rate was acceptable. Overall, a good option for lodging in Santa Fe, Mexico City.

A FANTASTIC experience even with covid guidelines and restrictions.
I will start from the top, that is all their staff. From the greeting valet / concierge team to the check in and check out and the restaurant wait team as well. All of them were amazing.

The facility, this is a newer hotel. Everything looks and was designed with a fresh look. The view from the rooms towards the skyline is amazing as you can see from the day and night videos. The room is ample, good size tv and excellent ac. Excellent stand in shower which is my preference. With covid the mat and all towels are exchanged daily and delivered in a plastic bag. IHG is passionate about covid guidelines and protection.

The location is excellent. Plenty of restaurants nearby and good shopping center within walking distance.

The room service flavor and portions were superb! All the food image are from room service, from the breakfast and wine and snacks package for $30 usd a day. As I said even with covid these were great!!!

A few restaurants on site and a coffee place in the plaza. There is a good spa once full services are allowed. In men's gym restroom there is a small dry sauna.

There is a wonderful terrace and bar that once allowed to be open, it should be amazing to enjoy drinks al fresco.

Gym is great, something could be done to make it fit with the hotel ambiance, the gym looks like it comes from an older hotel, but gym has everything one could need. Also limited due to covid.

All in all a huge value for the place, rooms, location and friendly team staff.

I dare to say one of the best hotels in this area. It has an excelent staff, with an amazing customer service.

The rooms are spacious, tidy and modern. One of the perks of being in one of the top floors, is the amazing view you have.

Beds are also very easy to get used to and it is very likely you will have an amazing sleep.
