Sofitel Mexico City was excellent!!!! The minute we arrived we feel welcomed. The stuff was excellent, very polite and very helpful. We enjoyed talking to them. As we walked to our room Felipe was very friendly and made us feel like home…Also our favorite concierge that was always so smiling and ready to help and always making sure to ask how was our day going… Thank You To the whole Sofitel Mexico City staff for making our get away very pleasant…We hope to see you again soon.

Home away from Home! Wait...Better than home.
I have been a Client here for a while now and they never stop to amaze me.
From the little details like the breakfast displays to the amazing decor but most impressive the smile, politeness and care of every staff member I interact.
I've been around quite a lot and what you find here is not easy to find anywhere.
If you are looking for an elegant stay, at the heart of the city, with easy access to main business hubs or tourist attractions this is your place.
I love the shower, the bed, the decor, the croissants and most of all the friendly smiles and service from beginning to end.
I particularly like to bring family over and show them the royal treatment I get (but everybody gets it! :) and they really thing I am somewhat important. I guess for that Hotel I am and they show!

Our stay at the Sofitel was amazing! We were immediately met with excellent hospitality even while we were checking in. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. The pool had a great view and we spent hours relaxing there. My wife also got a spa treatment and she said it was the best massage she has ever had. Santiago in Club Millésime was super friendly and helpful. Anytime we got breakfast or just hung out in the club, it was always a pleasure, thanks to his wonderful hospitality.

A few weeks ago I came to the spa with my friends to celebrate one of their birthdays. Since we arrived Lorena and Andrea Marcial were very welcoming and helpful. They prepared for us some drinks for the hangover since we were partying the night before. We felt really good in our services and the facilities are absolutely gorgeous. We surely will be there soon.

The Sofitel Reforma has the Best bars from top to bottom, literally. We spent the day bar hopping from each level and loved it. They have roof top to floor level bars that are down right awesome. Their bartenders Ivan, Alex, and Bryan each have their own specialty drinks and they make them with gusto! Check them all out and you are in for an amazing time! Check out these pics

This is by far one of the best experiences we have had in a long time. From the day of our arrival, our family received excellent service, your staff is absolutely amazing and they went above and beyond with all our needs. We received special attention from Gisela, Andrea and Arturo at the concierge desk who were so helpful with all our needs for local information.

Amazing stay! The hotel was impeccably clean and modern. Staff all friendly, especially the servers at Balta where we had a delicious breakfast every morning. Location also very convenient, though watch out for road closures given the hotel is next to the US embassy
