You have to be conscious about price/quality because for a cheap membership it’s decent but you will have to wait to use the equipment at all time and specially peak hours!

Showers aren’t that clean and you have to bring everything from towel, lock and blow dryer.

I lost my debit and credit card while in Mexico. I only have cash. They told me I can't come here with cash. Is this the future of humanity, a reliance on plastic cards? I sure hope not. Terrible business model.

I have been using this gym for 9 months and find the equipment good, clean and staff friendly. Got a yearly membership from Costco so no direct deposit to the gym. This receipt can be submitted for work expenses.
Only complaint is the water vending machine is broken frequently but if you bring a bottle the filtered water coolers are good. I guess it saves on plastic waste.

I think this is the first review I’ve ever made, but this place is so terrible I couldn’t help myself. The air quality in Mexico City is terrible as everyone knows. One would think that those wanting to promote health would be mindful of the pollution. The staff consistently keeps doors open (even though there are signs posted not to). My assumption is to keep from turning AC on because I’ve rarely felt AC in the place. I understand it’s México but it’s also Polanco, and I know they have AC. The weights area is way overcrowded with people sitting around half the time taking up benches or machines “doing circuits”. The only good think I can say is that the cardio machines are almost always available. The downside is that they’re restricted systematically to shut off after 30 minutes which is really annoying when you’re mid stride, especially if you have had any leg injuries. I understand that you want to restrict use during busy times but systematically is not only annoying but dangerous. If I had anywhere else to go I would probably pay 2-3x as much to do so.

I go off hours and haven't had any issues with crowding. Location is great installations are nice and machines are good quality.

Bring your own water.

Do not join this gym if you want to claim the expenses through a work allowance etc. They cannot produce facturas. Lazy customer service like the rest of México.
