I had an incredible experience here! The service was exceptional and the staff is so kind, accommodating and generally helpful. Free gourmet breakfast every morning (which was delicious!), perfect location, really nice walkable neighborhood. Housekeeping everyday, rooms are big and the beds are comfortable. Extremely reasonable pricing. I can't wait to come back.

Loved my stay here!
- Cute boutique property with plenty of outdoor seating, restaurant and daily snacks/free drinks
- Rooms were well decorated and good shower pressure
- AMAZING included breakfast with plenty of options
- Super friendly and welcoming staff who are willing to go above and beyond to make sure that your stay is excellent (helped us arrange private transfer to the pyramids, sent up a sandwich, etc.)
- Nice location - close to plenty of shops and restaurants/cafes

Can’t recommend it enough and would definitely stay again.

This place was great! Superb hospitality! The staff were fantastic. Our room was great. The breakfasts were really, really good. It was a great neighborhood with lots to do within walkable distance. Strong recommend. Hope we can stay here again next time we're in Mexico City!

Didn't stay here but got a tour-- beautiful lobby and roofdeck, nice wallpaper, overall good feeling, might stay here in the future.

Thank you for having us. This place is highly designed with a multitude of art pieces, sculptures and furniture so smooth across worldwide design.

I really love this hotel. The service and concierge provided really timely hospitality, the coffee was always hot (and available) and the breakfasts are delicious.

Loved being on the terraces with the sun in the mornings, wishing any tourist or local a visit to this hotel.

I had such a lovely stay in Pug Seal, the staff and spaces were wonderful, it was always so quiet and relaxing. The breakfast that they serve is amazing, very delicious, especially the chilaquiles. I will surely stay here again on my next visit to Mexico City.

I stayed a whole week here and it was perfect. The hotel is beyond beautiful and wonderfully appointed. The breakfast is great. The rooms are so unique. And it's close to everything in Polanco. They've even thought to put two different types of pillows on the bed (full and firm or soft and downy) little things like that shows they really think about their guests.
