It's in the perfect location! The rooms are older but we'll kept. The staff is super friendly. I'll always stay here when I come to visit!

Positive: This hotel is rite where the excitement is at. It¿s 3 blocks from all the business buildings and just a few minutes from Chapultepec park! Very convenient. Negative: The AC was broken throughout the whole hotel. It was warm all week and a room fan was given and it somewhat helped a little.

Overall an OK hotel. However breakfast was tasteless. Really bad.. the best part was the fruits.

The beds were OK not really hotel quality,kind of hard. The sheets had stains. The tv had alot of static could not even watch it.

Location is good and staff kind.

Positive: very friendly staff and close to lot of food joints Negative: Bed was not comfortable and they don¿t change covers of all the pillows. Kind of had some foul smell every now and then.

This hotel is ok but I will never stay here again it has a good location. First check in was at 3pm and the rooms where not ready we had to wait 40 minutes in the lobby with other people. The rooms are big they look nice. But the pressure on the shower was very low and very little water came out. The water in the sink of the restroom was not going down it went down slowly. The door knob on the restroom door we had to struggle to open the door and close it. The room has no refrigerator or no iron. It was very hard to sleep due to all the noise from the traffic and bars around. We was not able to get in the pool due to the pool is small and was crowded with kids. The carpet to our room had a stain by the restroom door. The ac was not cooling the last 2 days of my stay. The manager did call me to see what the problem was and they fixed the pressure of the water to the shower. I did like the city view the room had.

Hotel is overbooking!
Even though we had the reservation through Booking.com which hotel asked us to confirm in a message and we did, upon arrival they told us they are fully booked and they don't have a room for us. They are clearly booking, so it's a first come first serve! It was the midnight time when we arrived, and we had to find another hotel in the middle of the night, because of it!

Don't book!!!

Positive: I like the proximity to points of interest. Negative: The room did not have a fridge or microwave.
