Definitely a catfish Hotel. The staff are awesome, but the hotel infrastructure needs a lot of work, the rooms are pretty old, the balcony. The elevator took a life to get on the floor you’re and everything looks cheap non quality at all. This is not a 5 star hotel

5 stars for the service. The hotel was assigned to us by AeroMexico after a flight cancellation and the staff made the experience easier, for instance spending a crazy time to book a taxi or speeding up the check-in. The restaurant staff was also outstanding. Now, I would not choose this hotel myself, quite outdated, and with one elevator that always seems to be broken per the reviews, leaving only one for 21 floors.

Catfish hotel. Rooms are old, elevator doesn’t work, breakfast is not good at all. Employees harassing you for a tip. Pool is so tiny. Hotel looks dirty from the outside. Lobby is super tiny you can event sit down without having someone next to you. Front desk ladies are friendly. Overall not worth the $2,000 pesos a night. Save your money

Great location, large rooms, and fantastic rooftop pool and views! The rooms are a little dated and could be improved. The pre-paid breakfast options were very limited for vegetarians. Their restaurant is ok-ok. But plenty of great food spots nearby! Overall, still recommended! The night views are REALLY GOOD from the rooftop!

We had a great stay in CDMX with this hotel. I knew I would be exploring the city most of the time and only spending a little time in the hotel room, so was fine with finding a low-cost option. To my pleasant surprise, this hotel was a real gem compared to what we paid. I read some other reviewers mention it being a little dated for their taste, but in reality, it was well maintained, thoroughly cleaned throughout the day, and well equipped for my needs. The staff was always very gracious and helpful--they looked out for us and our safety during our stay, it seemed; and the Breakfast Buffet was a real feast. We just loved how much this little hotel contributed to the great experience we had visiting CDMX. Gracias a todos, muchimos. :)

Mattress and sheets had stains and there was hair all over the bed…. Absolutely not a 5 Star hotel by any means whatsoever… We ended up booking a room at the hotel across the street and leaving… Only reason I am giving two stars instead of one is because management was able to give us a hassle free refund. Avoid this place!

5 star staff ! Incredibly nice and helpful. Docked one star only because the rooms are a tad outdated / retro-ish which makes you feel your in the late 80's early 90's. Clean, comfortable, a little small for a suite. Two very tiny elevator (european sized) for the entire hotel which made waiting for it a bit too long. Lacks a full sized pool, but hey youre in CDMX, lots to see. Great location in regards to getting around. Loved the private drivers they provided at a very reasonable cost with very friendly drivers. Very safe protocols. They made sure the relatives that came to visit literally knew me and I had to come down to verify. All in all, I would recommend this hotel for many reasons more than I stated here.
