The front desk and the bell boy were very friendly. The room were nice. One feature worthy of mentioning is the purified water faucet in the room which made a big difference for us. We always had good water to drink and brush teeth. The hotel restaurant was excellent in price. The food was tasty. It seemed open all times during the day. Highly recommend the restaurant. The only reason we give it 4 star is because of the location.

A good simple hotel. The restaurant is surprisingly good and affordable. My main complaint is the internet was terrible and almost unusable most of the time, even for checking e-mail. So if that is really important to you, I would have other options.

It is a good option for the price, very cheap and it has what you need to stay the night and have a breakfast or an occasional room service request. Great location. Assigned room had a strong cigar smell, and I was able to change it until the next day. Beds aren't the most comfortable but they're ok. It takes a while for the water to get hot. Restaurant is fairly good and not expensive, although you can find cheaper and better options nearby.

Decent, classy hotel with impeccable service for the price. The rooms are spacious and clean, the hot water is the best I had in 4 weeks Mexico. The restaurant has a great variety of tasty dishes with affordable prices. The internet is fast. I will gladly be back!

Was not a good experience overall even for the money paid except for the great staff and the restaurant. Wifi hardly worked. I ended up using my own connection with hotspot to finish off some important work. No air conditioner. It was chilling one night literally that I had to sleep with my jacket on. No iron box, water kettle or water bottles. Room and laundry service was good though and was well maintained.
