Awful experience. Please travellers dont go there. Help each other. When i stayed there i was surprised in a morning by a guy who was working in the window of my room. I was frightened. I was going out from getting a shower and he was there working o cleaning the window (i do not know) this is not normal. My privacy was completely broken. No one of the guests were noticed about that and i think they should do that. Even the hotel was good this made my experience awful.

Light on the bathroom did not work. Some items like night lamp and table are really old. Room walls are really thin and Can hear the neighbors next door. Pros: Great view at the 6th floor. Comfy beds and pillows.

We stayed in the hotel for a fortnight and enjoyed the place thoroughly. We found the location of the hotel so good, we could easily visit many places of tourist interest. Staff are so friendly and service oriented. Reception is being managed 24/7, you could check-in u0026 out at ease. Breakfast for vegans can have more choices. Service is really good.

One question - why do the walls have so many holes, systematically drilled every second feet. Tried asking the staff, but communicating this point in English - as I can hardly speak Spanish, was not easy. Can some one answer - what are the holes meant for ?

All amenities are perfectly managed.
Location is on near to center.
Need little improvement on breakfast(my recommendation is-- if you cant display all food items in place then try to display menu on display with picture/description in Spanish u0026 English).
Need little improvement on Internet connectivity.
Front desk executives(Aimee) well versed with English u0026 she's polite helpful

We had so terrible experience here that we have to change our hotel after 2 nights.

1. Breakfast options are very limited. Breakfast items will run out by 9 am (although breakfast time is 7 am to 10 am). Management does not care and showed no intention to fix the issues.
2. There are no vegetarian options for breakfast. Even after requesting, egg items like Omelettes were not provided as against guidance provided by hotel management.
3. WiFi in room was terrible. Literally no coverage (we were in room 44).
4. Shower in the bathroom was garbage. It would spray water in entire bathroom, but not bath area.

Housekeeping staff was amazing, but could not make up for other major misses.

Room prices were slighted inflated because it included breakfast. We tried to ask for partial and reasonable refund so that we can buy our breakfast from outside. It was denied. Hotel management will not work with you on the issues.

Avoid this place at all cost, especially if your parents are traveling by themselves.

New and clean, reasonably spacious. I wouldn’t call it luxurious, but it’s comfortable and a great value. I did have to walk a block to an OXXO to get a big bottle of drinking water. They only give you a half liter.

The place was squeaky clean! We had a great price-value experience, the room is large enough for two people to comfortably stay and everything worked fine. People there were nice and helpful, especially the ladies that came to clean the room!
Location is nice for tourists too, lots of things are within walking distance.
We can fully recommend staying here!
