The employees were so kind and respectful always. The service there, just like bed sheets, towels, pillows, water, tv, etc. Were in good condition. It is not very technological but it gives you the main point of an hotel, TO REST!!!

Inexpensive, clean, quite, nice location, just some small details such bath so narrow and no hand towel.

I went there on a business conference and everything went according to plan. We were given all the possible accommodations, the service was great before, during and after the conference and the staff was very pleasant. I don't give it 5 stars because I didn't stay there. I just went for half a day so I cannot speak for the rooms or something else like that.

The rooms are fine , it has a nice location but I think the service can be better especially at night. But I loved it here and if I can I'll be back

Great location, it is next to El monumento a la Revolucion. Safe location, it has a subway entrance nearby, also a couple of convenient stores. It is an old hotel but pretty well mantained.

Stayed here for over 20 years, Great Staff,Great Service, very comfortable, and economical. Also very safe!!
