I stayed there over two weeks. All the front desk staff and bellboys were really friendly and helpful. Room cleanliness was impeccable with a thorough housekeeping everyday. Room service food was also pretty good. Furthermore, the hotel's location is so good that you can literally walk to pretty much every museum and tourist attraction. It is also at a walking distance to metro station and metrobus stops. Definitely a highly recommended hotel with good room prices.

Great location. Very accessible by public transportation for tourists. Staff is really friendly and helpful. The hotel has a restaurant that serves decent and fair priced meals. Room price is really reasonable. The room is clean and the size is fair for solo traveller like me. The only thing that I didn't like is the noise from the hallway that you can clearly hear from the inside of your room.

Clean hotel with attentive staff. Incredible value for your money. Hotel Food at restaurant is very delicious. Employees were kind and helpful. The area around it so/so safety wise, but close to many landmarks.

It's a nice place to stay. Affordable and well located near the monumento a la revolución. It didn't crack at last earth quake so I think it's a safe place to stay.

Great service, kind host, the elevator doesn't work while i was there. Clean rooms.
