Very Poor Service... Bad To Worse Experience Reception Staff Not At All Courteous... Wifi Did Not Reach Room.. Television Seems Like Of 90's...Curtains Filthy And No Drinking Water Available For Guest.... Never Even Think Of Staying Here

There were no towel’s and shampoo or as advertised, no A/C . Had to wait 2 days for a fan. They didn’t open the pool at 8 am…

WiFi was too slow for my wife's tiktok and Instagram obsession, I watched Netflix fine. Toilet leaked (clean) water. Shower was slow to heat, and didn't usually get really hot. Fat old TV. The lifts felt a bit like you were risking getting stuck or your life.

Poor experience as wifi is not working properly bedsheets were not even sanitized untidy rooms and rude behaviour of staff as well as they mentioned that staff is able to speak english on their official site but i faced even communication problem as they were not able to understand basic english worst
Experience .. would never recommend it to anyone

We had a group arriving from many parts of the world...there was a real lack of care that resulted in several of our group having to wait even after arriving after long overnight flights...the worst was when the receptionist lied to me...and others did not take any initiative to solve the problems. I cannot count the number of times I had to call to actually reach the manager...it was extremely demoralizing and frustrating. The rooms are dingy and nothing special. We will certainly be looking elsewhere to bring our valuable clientele. Very poor service, I cannot recommend this hotel at all.

Do NOT stay here!! They didn't respect our reservation. We booked 3 double bed rooms and they gave us one room with a full size bed for 3 people! It smells like weed through the halls and there's a lot of noise!! There's bugs in the closet!! I don't know how they have a 4 star rating!! If I could get my money back and leave to another hotel I wouldn't think about it twice!!
