This is a nice cheap place to visit it allows you to see a lot from the top. And the breeze is nice you can get some nice pictures up there. They have a small cafe up there as well and restrooms.

Must go! Cheep and worth the panoramic view. All museums are walk through and the writing is all in Spanish. But the panoramic view is worth it 130 pesos. Go early so you have a clear view of the city with less ppl.

If you visit "Torre Latino americano" (160 $, Pesos), you have a very brief history by visiting this tiny museum (entrance included). Perfect for me.
