Of course this is a touristic restaurant but it always surprises us that more people don’t visit. The views are great! The menu is good, prices for value are ok, not horrible not amazing. Our options is go here because it is a good overall experience.

Has Great View and Great Food Presentation
Very Little AC and its enclosed area with windows does not help with airflow. The Food tho…. Was not great at all, no flavor to it really and service was extremely slow. I recommend going to the bar for the view right below the diner!

We went here for brunch on our honeymoon and had a wonderful time. You have to take two elevators in Torre Latinoamerica to get to the restaurant, but it's well-marked and there's attendants to help you. The view was more than worth it and compared to US restaurant prices it was well worth the higher cost than restaurants around it.

Be aware, their website show close at 10pm, we arrive at 8:45pm and the hostess says the restaurant is not longer seating ???????? She ask me to go to the lower floor to the bar, I went to the lower floor and the bartender says the bar is close and I need to go to the restaurant on the upper floor?????? I went back to the upper floor and the hostess says the restaurant is close now?? Definitely no the best experience, they need to update the information on the website and train their staff to provide the correct information.

The food was excellent, the service not so much. I was waiting 11 minutes and though I was enjoying the 41st floor views of Mexico city I hadn't even been greeted by my waiter. I was going to walk out however bc I had came here to see the Mirador and eat at the restaurant I asked the hostess to find my waiter asap an she did. Things proceeded ok after that but responsiveness and service need to be improved bc it was still long waits and not being checked on. There was a tourist group that I met at the elevator and they were walking out bc they were hot sitting there waiting and also hadn't been served in over 10 minutes. I went at lunch and AC would have helped! At least they could offer a glass of water or acknowledge that you're there. Don't know if its bc they dont really want tourists money spent there or if it's just a need to work on better quality service. The food I'd have any day but not to be neglected as a customer.

Well how can start, the view is great. Service not great at all first because I am a Tourist I may not have internet so I can load the menu I ask the receptionist for WiFi she said that they don't have then I ask my waiters yes they do have she lied. The soda is hot they a glass with ice the result is water down soda . The food I don't recommend. Go to bar have a drink look around take pictures that's all to do here

Chille nogada was cold and not tasty. Waiter asked me for the tip included in the receipt. I said no, I will leave tip in cash. He charged me anyway more than 20% of the total meal value. He literally stole from me. I will never recommend such a place
