I am probably rating this higher than I should because of the beauty of the place.
For a near-empty restaurant there's no excuse for the salmon to be overcooked. The ceviche was just okay.

Not quite impressed.
Food was below average although we went for the waiter’s recommendations. The tóbala ceviche and tiradito were bland. The pulpo a la parilla was chewy, we asked to have it cooked a bit further and it came back burnt. Luckily the tostada de atún saved the meal. Overall, not a good value for money given the high price point. The service was okay though.
The restaurant itself had no particular vibe. There were 2 TV screens, each playing something different, which was a bit off putting.
Just to clarify, this review is for Lima 700 which is downstairs (there’s an Italian and a sonorense restaurant upstairs).

Wow, truly spectacular spot. Personally I'm a huge fan of turquoise so the details were on point for me. The food was delicious, the leche de tigre in the ceviche was to die for, the drinks were well-prepared, and the whole building was just gorgeous.

We were victims of discrimination in this place. Available tables were denied even when they had empty ones. We used to spend time here since they have kind of good food but we cannot just act like nothing happened just because of the food. We definitely won’t go back to this restaurant and will visit “Asia Peru” or “Pisco” instead if we want to get some Peruvian food in Mexico City.

A very nice and cozy place. They have live music each Friday and Saturday after 9pm (ask for a table on the terrace, where the music is played)
