If the waiter comes around with a tray of blueberry scones straight out of the oven definitely try them - this was the best part of our breakfast here!

The flat white was a bit too cold for our liking (sent it back and asked for warmer so maybe say up front that you prefer hot), breakfast sandwich was good as was toast special - with scrambled eggs and shaved truffle. On a a Saturday there were lots of yummy- sounding specials - at least 5 in addition to regular menu.

This is an adorable cafe with plenty of open air seating. The coffee and smoothie selection is great (with non-dairy options). We stopped by mid-week for brunch and had a 5 minute wait for an outdoor table.

We had the:
- Chilaquiles
- Huevos revueltos con chorizo hecho en casa

Both were amazing and filling!

Bonus fact- they are super accommodating with allergies!

The best chilaquiles I had in my life. No kidding. Congratulations !!!
Funky pet friendly atmosphere. Ambient music really bad, but service and food AMAZING ????
Expect 20 min wait to be seated on weekends.

It's my top spot for brunch in Mexico City. The quality of each ingredient is just amazing and I like it's being consistent through the years.
Food is very tasty and fresh. On top of that service is very friendly.

There's a lot of wait past 10am during the weekends so if you don't like waiting or will be going both a big group, I would recommend going there early

Excellent selection of food. We ordered chilaquiles, French toast, and the avocado toast. The fresh fruit drinks are also good.

Lalo is consistently delicious. They somehow make bacon that is super crisp without a hint of being overdone. The coffee is rich and fragrant. The staff is efficient and friendly. Plenty of sidewalk seating for the times we are living through. Ask for salsa with your avo toast.

Lalo is by far one of the best spots to grab brunch and most certainly a top 3 for French toasts in Mexico City.

I can’t think of a single thing I haven’t enjoyed at Lalo. I encourage you to try something different each time. The grapefruit mimosa is something not to miss.

Service is amazing, location is great, the vibe is cool and the food is the best part.
