Scheduled an ultrasound at the lab for my shoulder 24 hours ahead of time. Scheduling was fast and convenient. However, I had to wait 45 min when I arrived at my 8 am appointment to be checked in. Then I was suddenly quoted a price twice the price they quoted me the previous. I had to wait another 15 min for an explanation: overnight price change, I was told. When I asked if they would uphold the price quoted to me the day before they refused. I got so fed up, I just left.

My travel medical insurance company sent me there to get help with my pinched nerve in the lower back. The service was perfect and very fast, the facilities are great, clean and modern, I didn't have to wait long, staff were very polite and helpful. We experienced a bit of language barrier at first but they quickly found someone who spoke English and who helped. The doctor (Doctora Yazkara A. Tellez Rivera) was incredible, she spoke very good English and was very professional, understanding, helpful and friendly. I got a doctor's consultation, my medication, X-ray and prescription. I would like to thank everybody who took care of me at the hospital, I'm feeling much better. Strongly recommend this clinic.

I went to get a covid antibodies test done and booked an appointment. I waited a full hour after my appointment time (I arrived on time) before I got the test (which took a whole 2 minutes). There was no one at all waiting ahead of me and it appeared that the guy who took my sample was just standing around the whole time I was there and made me wait an hour for no reason at all. The receptionist kept telling me "ahorita te pasan" which was a lie. They told me I'd receive my results by email within 4 hours and I never received them so now I have to go back in tomorrow and ask for them. Terrible service and useless staff. Avoid this lab. Laboratorios Polanco is way better and I've always had great service there.

Bad and horrible attention to offer one more comfortable room, never was attend by the supervisor to change from one standar room to junior suite room (There were available in that moment) . Not waste your time if you need excellent attention , do not visit this Hospital. This is one standard hospital , nobody will make one extra effort to satisfy your necessities.

I called attempting basic Spanish while my significant other was sick traveling abroad. I was hung up on multiple times. Abhorrent service from a medical health service.
