This is the best place to have breakfast in the Historic Center of Mexico City. The staff is very competent, the food is great and the venue is cozy. Local clientele is on the upscale side and there are always tourists. Portions are very generous and service is impeccable.

They have a ritual for coffee and milk. No spoilers. Just order coffee with milk.

They have semi-outdoor and indoor service. I prefer the latter as the street can be quite noisy.

We ate breakfast here two days during our trip to CDMX. Both times the service and food was outstanding! The eggs w black beans and montuleños were great, try the Bomba (bread) fruit plates were generous, and get a fancy drink!

This is a must go! If you are coming to Downtown in Mexico City, traditional dishes and a typical Mexican hacienda place, it has musicians most of the time. Very recomendable.

Just delicious! Espetialy the traditional lechero coffee accompained with a concha con nata ????

I've been there two days in a row. The people working there are extremely kind. The food is delicious. Hardly can wait to get there as soon as possible again.
