I loved how easy to find the place was but should you run into trouble, any airport security staff will direct you if you ask where the sleeping capsules are. I checked in at 4AM and had no issues. Everything was clean and cozy! The showers also had shampoo and body wash in case you need too. I was a little hesitant at first because it’s so close to the bus station exit but the security measures, like only people reservations being allowed it made me feel more at ease. Highly recommend!

I'm so happy this is available in Mexico City! It's a life saver!
My flight arrived at 6am and my hotel check-in is until 1 pm. Finding this spot was amazing.
If you don't book ahead (and there's none available) you will have to wait until 7am, since this is the most common checkout time for the pods. Either way, it seems every hour or so there's a vacancy, so just ask front desk.
Staff was really friendly and helpful. They will try their best to communicate with you, but do try to use some spanish!
Definitely recommend you bring noise concealing headphones with you because there's echo from the pod rooms and the outside rumble.

In general, it's a nice spot to spend the night and get some shut-eye. The place is tidy, and the staff is very friendly; they will walk you through the process of getting started and explain how everything works. Even though it's not very big, you have a locker for your belongings here. Keep in mind that the temperature does not drop below 77degrees, and there is a trace of humidity in the air due to the fact that the capsules have fans but no air conditioning. If you are one of those people who enjoys sleeping in the cold, you should be aware of this fact.
My stay at the Ezzzy sleep capsule was enjoyable, even though it was only for a single night.

Clean and comfortable. As a woman traveling alone, I felt quite secure. I'm not a light sleeper, so noises don't overly bother me. I would absolutely do this again.

Wow! I was skeptical but this is a great capsule hotel! As usual it's all about your needs. This is great and amazing value if you have maybe a 5 to 8 hour layover. If more likely worth going to a regular hotel.
But if need a secure place to rest and sleep for some hours, shower and freshen up this is the place.
Located at one end of terminal 2 just past wings restaurant exit and the stairs to your right, only guests are allowed inside. One person per capsule. Men and women have separate capsule areas and separate shower and restroom areas. I think only one hallway is shared.
There is a lot of security through camera system.
It is pristine clean and well maintained. The capsule is very quiet and they enhance a lot the rules to keep the noise level to a minimum.
Very easy and simple instructions, it takes a few minutes to understand the capsule.
My only warning is if you are a big person. It you are over 6'3 or over 300 it might be a tight space. Other than this, I fully recommend and would definitely be back as this is excellent value option.

It was an interesting experience. Staff were kind and helpful. The capsules are comfortable but it's noisy, you either hear the traffic or your neighbours getting into/out of their pods. The communal showers/toilets were clean but IMO there are not enough of them for a fully booked hotel. For a quick stay it's Ok. I would give clearer instructions on how to get there though, I had to ask around.

Great option to overnight at the airport, economic, smooth fast check in, very clean, comfortable nice hot clean showers, clean wash area, sinks, toilets and baggage locker.
Best of all was the capsule had A/C , TV, mirror and charging for cell phones. Comfortable and clean, secure entry and exit.
