Customer service is very friendly, Dafne Mayorga was helping me all the time. I wanted to buy a gift for my mom and Dafne showed me amazing things they sell in the store, she recommend me to get the loyalty account with them which is good cause you save money when you purchase. If you are looking for quality and good deals I recommend this store.

You have to be careful when buying souvenirs from this establishment. I bought an item (alebrije) for 159.00 dollars, the boy said that this included all fees and taxes. He charged my card 176.00 dollars. This is a establishment with dubious practices. If I where you, I would not buy anything from them using cc dollars or pesos.????
